This type of ticket avoids the possibility of it being lost, stolen or forgotten.
Your ticket is stored in our data systems.
Stage 1: Identification
For easier identification, please choose an identification document - an identity document or a Fréquence Plus card – and tell us its number.
Choose your journey.
Stage 2: Transaction
You pay by credit/debit card. The transaction is secure.
Stage 3: Confirmation e-mail
After the transaction, you will receive an e-mail summarising your journey.
Stage 4: Check your bookings
You can check your bookings on the home page using your reference number (sent to you in the confirmation e-mail ): in "My account ", click on "Consult a file"
You can print the page to keep a paper copy of your journey details.
Stage 5: At the airport
Go to the check-in with your proof of identity and the chosen identification document (if different).
Reimbursement or changes:
Any reimbursement of, or change to, the ticket will incur a charge
(5 Euros - change | 10 Euros - reimbursement).
