In accordance with European air transport regulations for "type ratings", CCM Airlines disposes of an approved T.R.T.O. (Type Rating Training Organisation) centre.
Situated at Bastia (Haute Corse), under the authority of the CEO of the company, the T.R.T.O. operates quite independently from CCM Airlines. It is directed by a training officer under the regulatory control of the Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile (D.G.A.C.) and the Organisme de Contrôle en Vol (O.C.V.).

The T.R.T.O. trains both pilots and maintenance mechanics.

- pilots : first qualifications and refreshers for types Fokker 100, JAR 25, ATR 72-200 and Delta 72-500, ATR 42 (200-300-500) and M.C.C. (Multi-Crew Cooperation with the 1st JAR 25 TR described above).
- mechanics : "maintenance engineers" qualifications and refreshers in Fokker 28 / Fokker 100 / ATR 72 (200-500), ATR 42 (200-300-500) and defrosting courses in these three types of aircraft.
