HANDICAPPED PASSENGERS


In order to provide the best reception in the airport and on board and to simplify access to air transport, CCM Airlines has adopted the SAPHIR system. A direct line is available to obtain all the information you need to prepare your journey: 0 820 01 24 24 (€0,12/min). A specialist will advise you and take your reservations (not less than 48 hours before your departure).

- Loan of a wheelchair in the terminal building
- Free transport of your own wheelchair in the hold
- Priority boarding - Personalised reception on board

CHECK-IN TIMES

The latest time for check-in varies according to whether the flight is short, medium or long-haul. For CCM Airlines it is generally 20 minutes before the flight departure time.

SEAT ALLOCATION

Seats are allocated on all CCM Airlines and Air France flights.

NO SMOKING

All CCM Airlines and Air France flights are non-smoking.

TELEPHONES ON BOARD

No telephones may be used on CCM Airlines flights.

ON-BOARD SERVICES


On CCM Airlines flights, depending on the time and duration of the flight, light meals and drinks are provided at no charge, and magazines, newspapers and games are available.
