TICKET REFUNDS
Unused tickets may be refunded under certain conditions relating to their validity and the applied rate.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Before your departure, make sure that all your travel documents are valid: visas, passport, certificate of vaccination, parental permission (for leaving national territory) for minors etc.
POLICE FORMALITIES
All passengers, unaccompanied minors included, must present proof of identity with a photo (national identity card or passport) at check-in and boarding.
CHILDREN UNDER TWO YEARS OF AGE
Only one baby can be accompanied by an adult, who must be at least 18. The baby does not have the right to an individual seat.
CHILDREN
Children can travel alone (UM) from the age of 4. Younger children must be accompanied by an able-bodied adult of at least 18 years of age. The reservations service can provide further information.
BAGGAGE
- In the cabin one item of hand-baggage only of which the dimensions do not exceed 115 cm (40 cm + 55 cm + 20 cm) is permitted. The maximum weight of the item is 8 kg on CCM aircraft and 12 kg with AF. On certain flights, the lack of available volume may lead to stricter limits on the amount of baggage in the cabin. Passengers must label their baggage with their name and address. Address labels are available in the airports. Baggage in the hold is generally free of charge.C
Tariff: 30 kg - Other tariffs: 20 kg - Tariffs applicable per excess Kg: between Marseilles, Nice, Toulon and Corsica and vice-versa: €1,20; on other CCM Airlines and Air France routes (internal French flights): €1,52, on international flights: 1.5% of Y tariff On some long-haul destinations the per piece system applies. For more information, ask Air France or your travel agent. - Dangerous articles are not allowed in the baggage: no explosive, flammable, corrosive, irritant , toxic, radio-active or magnetic materials and no oxidising agents or compressed gas (non-exhaustive list).
PETS (CATS AND DOGS)
As long as all formalities have been completed, they are allowed: o In the cabin, if the animal is completely enclosed in a container of which the three dimensions do not exceed 115 cm, and as long as its weight does not exceed 5 kg.
o In the hold: cats and dogs are accepted. Special containers are on sale in the airports. Air France can provide more information.
